I was excited to see a BBC article on Kennington's forgotten Blitz tragedy - only those who know Gordon and the Friends of Kennington Park know the tragedy is far from forgotten.We will be at the short ceremony to mark the 70th anniversary of the event in Kennington Park at noon on Saturday 16 October 2010 at the memorial stone.
We encourage residents to join us, the Mayor and the hard working Friends of Kennington Park.
